The new game features a guard meter that that is used as shield from the amunitions of your opponents.  The more you used it, the more that the guard meter will be depleted.  When the guard meter turns 0 that would be that end.  So, while fighting, you shouldn’t use the shield more than you should.  If you don’t use it for a while, it will be recharged. BlazBlue Calamity Trigger is set in a futuristic setting.  You’re supposed to defend the world from extinction because it was controlled by different sorts of bad characters.
